Changes

As most of you already know, we are expecting our third little boy this July. Last October we started talking about a third child and that we should think about possibly moving late Spring/early Summer since we are already pretty tapped out on space in our current house. We started casually looking at houses and realized the area we were looking in was a little bit more difficult to get into than we had originally thought. We decided it would probably be best to find a house before listing our current home so that we did not end up without a home for any period of time. So, we started looking a little more seriously and decided to put an offer on a home in early November which just so happened to be the day I find out we were pregnant with number 3! We literally found out 30 minutes before we were going to head over to check out the house.

We did not anticipate either of these events happening so soon. Honestly, we expected that both of these things would more than likely not happen until February or March, but that was not the case. That did not end up being the house we bought and thankfully so, as the one we found just a few weeks later was much more suited for us. Here's where we'll be moving!

We actually just closed on this home, in Katy, at the end of January, but don't plan to move in for at least 6-8 weeks or so. We have our current home on the market and will be staying here as long as possible while we have some work done on the new home, plus the commute for Wes is much shorter, and Ryan is here in school through May. So if you or anyone you know of want to move in town, let me know!

As far as this pregnancy goes, it has been very different than Ryan or Bradley's. I have felt just much worse in general. I have had migraines this time, which I have never had in my life, so this was very new. I've also been just so exhausted and taking a nap almost everyday. I also get very dizzy and lightheaded a lot which is also new. I am sure having a 1 year old doesn't make it any easier. Other than that, the rest of the usual symptoms have been pretty much the same. I think I was nauseous 24 hours a day for a good 6 weeks. This little guy is expected to arrive sometime on or before July 26th. Now that most of the first trimester yuckiness has past, I usually forget I am pregnant most days. Chasing after B and keeping up with all of Ryan's activities and his general energy level just doesn't leave me much time to think about anything else. We told our families the news during the Thanksgiving holidays, and I think it is safe to say, no one was expecting this news! It has been a shock to nearly everyone.

It's been a crazy few months dealing with the first trimester, buying a house, getting our current home ready to put on the market (the amount of de-cluttering we {mainly Wes} have done in the past few weeks has been insane), and just life in general, I feel like I am losing my mind most days. We are excited about all of the changes ahead and very nervous at the same time. I never thought our second and third child would only be a year and a half apart (which scares me just thinking about it). That coupled with finding a new school, nanny, doctors, etc., it's been overwhelming, but in a few months hopefully we will be settled into our new life, ready to welcome the next wild and crazy boy into our family!!
