And here we all are 3 years later. Really wish we had taken a picture in 2014 together....
...especially because we could have started pics with these two as well! Charlie and Sienna are exactly 3 months apart.
The whole crew!
A little blurry, but still cute!
During the day on New Year's Eve, the kids played across the street at the park for a bit. After naps, we headed to the bowling alley to let the kids burn some energy. They had a blast. Of course, Charlie felt like he needed to be bowling as well because he doesn't realize he is only 1. He made a few attempts with Wes holding the ball for him. He was pretty content sitting in the chairs, eating snacks, running around, and begging for Wes to hold him at all times.
The younger ones didn't have much patience while waiting for their turn. The concept of not being able to go whenever you want did not sit well with them.
Of course, B, like last time thought he could carry just about any size ball. When we first got there, we look over at him and he is walking to the lane from the ball return with a 12 or 13 lb. ball. No problem. He has crazy strength sometimes.
The little guiding-helper-thingys really come in handy!
Ryan wasn't wanting to use that all the time, so he implemented the granny shot with decent success.
"Waiting is so boring!"
After almost two hours of bowling, we headed back to the house. The kids took an early bath so we could go do some fireworks before bed time.
Unfortunately, the wind was so bad, it was a little difficult to get them going. A few roman candles and sparklers satisfied them, thank goodness! We got them all to bed by a decent time, and then were able to enjoy the adult portion of New Year's Eve complete with prime rib, cocktails, watching fireworks through the windows (it began to rain and was super cold by midnight), and a few games of Exploding Kittens!
Here's Wes carving the Roast Beast!
It was another fun-filled New Years in the books with great friends!!!
